Reviews
“ Over the years Artech House has built a solid reputation as a publisher of books related to technology and the management of telecommunications. This new title reflects a broader commissioning remit that increasingly embraces policy and regulatory issues. The title may be complex, but it faithfully describes the scope of the book - issues related to networks, especially those used for data transmission - as well as its target audience.”
---Info, 2001
“ The author is an attorney in this field with many years of experience...His writing is clear and to the point - great desktop reference for those lacking patience to wade through masses of material.”
